**Job description**:
We are seeking a full time BMS Coordinators, ideally suited to a professional to be part of our Business Management System (BMS)/quality management team. This role will see you work closely with the Unit BMS Lead to ensure compliance with the STEP/BMS (Mott MacDonald’s integrated quality management system) requirements in projects and offices. This is a unique and important role that supports our business unit in implementing and monitoring the BMS requirements in their defined are of work, which may include multiple locations.

The role will create opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in project management, quality management systems and develop your relationships across different offices in your unit. Some of the activities include, but not all:

- Work closely with the Unit BMS lead to promote, monitor, and report on the requirement of the BMS in their defined area of work.
- Monitor compliance with the BMS each week, using the BMS manager dashboard and identifying actions required.
- Established and maintain Divisional BMS records.

Clarify essential and desirable criteria (Such as mandatory qualifications and/or achievements, experience, competencies, technical knowledge and skills, communication skills, systems and tools, or security clearance for example)
- You would bring attention to detail, willingness to lean STEP/ Business Management System/ BMS (Mott Macdonald’s integrated quality management system) requirements.
- You should have good time management and effective following up skills to ensure BMS requirements are completed on time before they become overdue.
- You should be able to take initiative and be open to resolve BMS queries with Unit BMS Lead’s support in a timely manner. You are a quick learner and open to working in evolving systems and processes.
