**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION**

Perform purchasing activities from sourcing, negotiation, governance on contract management, PO creation in SAP, and manage supplier relationship.

**DETAILED DESCRIPTION**
- Manage purchase from the categories of Warehouse and Logistics, HR and business Administrative, IT, Marketing
- Review PR list in Sap system, generate PO and monitor PO status to ensure timely materials or service availability for company
- Perform RFQ and sourcing activities in local market for the responsible categories
- Gate keeper to ensure all purchases in the responsible categories are compliance to purchasing sop
- Educate stakeholders, budget owners about procurement compliance and directive to follow purchasing sop
- Ensure timely PO execution and address supplier’s quality, capacity, materials issues that may affect supply together with stakeholders
- Communicate with suppliers for early or delayed deliveries as required, drive suppliers to meet on time delivery
- Active participation on business review with suppliers and provide constructive feedback to help suppliers to improve
- Perform vendor creation in Sap
- Work closely with internal team and vendors to achieve savings kpi.
- Involve in execution of agreement review with Procurement Manager and legal team until the agreement is signed according to authorization matrix
- Any other task assigned by superior

**DESIRED QUALITIES/SKILLS**

**Skills & Requirements: -**
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Logistics or equivalent
- 2- 5 years of related industry experience in buying and production planning
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and experience in SAP system
- Experience in food Manufacturing environment is a plus
- Basic understanding of Procurement practice
- Integrity and ethical
- Willingness to embrace change and looks for growth
