**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain official social media accounts, including but not limited to platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Systematically plan and schedule the release of engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, to attract and retain followers.
- Develop strategies for the growth of social media communities, including plans for increasing user engagement and interactive activities.
- Ensure that community activities align with the company's or organization's brand image and values.
- Analyze social media data, monitor community performance, and provide reports and recommendations to enhance social media strategies.
- Design and execute social media campaigns and contests to boost interaction and participation.
- Assist in coordinating both online and offline events to enhance social media community engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, with preference given to those in marketing, media, communication, or related fields.
- Experience in social media and community management, with familiarity in various major social media platforms.
- Ability to develop growth strategies for social media communities, including user acquisition plans and interaction initiatives.
- Proficiency in the field of forex or cryptocurrency, including an understanding of relevant terminology and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to create captivating content.
- Proficient use of social media analytics tools, with the capability to interpret and leverage data.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, capable of adapting quickly to different situations.
- Keen awareness of the latest social media trends and technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn and update knowledge.
- Efficient management of multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines effectively.
- Passion for social media, maintaining a positive work attitude, and a keen eye for detail.
