**Major Duties, Responsibilities**

**GENERAL**
- To comply with the company’s FSQ policy & objectives.
- To comply with the company’s Halal policy.
- To comply with the company’s Occupational Safety & Health policy.
- To comply to the company’s Environmental Policy.

**FSQA**
- To perform all Redzone-related tasks.
- To perform daily thermometer verifications.
- To perform daily loose item control.
- To perform sensory evaluation for all products according to test frequency.
- Score and record data in sensory evaluation forms.
- To perform frozen dimension checking against the specification.
- To perform FFA checking.
- To perform destructive tests for NGs from processing line.
- To manage retain sample storage.
- To manage QA test kitchen operations, including start-up, sanitation, and inventory control of consumables.
- To perform daily pre-op SWABs and testing.
- To inspect and perform quality checks of incoming raw materials against specifications.
- To perform all in-process verifications.
- To perform quality checks for finished goods against specifications.
- To perform routine sampling for microbial, sensory, and retain samples.
- To perform physical on-hold and physical release procedures.
- To provide accurate information for SAP block/release.
- To perform weekly pest control activities.
- To perform equipment calibration and verification activity.
- To perform room temperature recording activity.
- To report any non-conformance related to food safety and quality to respective superiors.

**Qualifications/Experiance**:

- Basic proficiency in either Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Minimum graduate of high school qualification in science (SPM, STPM, or equivalent).
- Diploma in Science & Technology. A food Science-related diploma is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in technical role in medium/ large scale manufacturing company.
- Basic understanding of Food Handling and Hygiene
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word, excel and other software/tools relevant to the job.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
