**1. Site & Worker Welfare Administration**
- Monitor and manage workers’ welfare needs, including water, electricity, hostel conditions, and other basic facilities at project sites.
- Track and inspect site materials, ensuring sufficient stock levels and prompt reporting of shortages.
- Support site operations by tracking attendance, coordinating staff, and assisting in the preparation of daily and weekly progress and manpower reports.

**2. Travel & Accommodation**
- Monitor and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, ensuring seamless bookings and adherence to company travel policies.

**3. Office & Facility Management**
- Maintain office equipment, furniture, fittings, and IT infrastructure to ensure proper functionality, upkeep, and timely maintenance or renewal.
- Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of company premises, including landscaping.

**4. IT & Equipment Support**
- Set up and maintain office IT equipment such as laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and other peripherals.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for software installations, server setup, and IT troubleshooting.
- Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory, including hardware status, software licenses, and renewal timelines.
- Provide IT support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, monitoring network infrastructure, ensuring data security, and assisting in the implementation of IT solutions to improve efficiency.

**5. Documentation & Administrative Support**
- Handle documentation such as travel forms, purchase requests (PR), insurance renewals, tenancy agreements, and PUSPAKOM scheduling.
- Manage front-desk operations including visitor reception, courier services, and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate accommodation arrangements for staff or project-related requirements.
- Monitor and ensure timely renewal of company licenses, including vehicle licenses, business registrations, CIDB, and other regulatory requirements.

**6. Ad-Hoc Tasks**
- Provide support during audits, external inspections, or internal management visits.
- Assist in any additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
