**Main responsibilities**:
- Support payroll activities, such as maintaining employees' attendance records, leaves processing, claims and other data maintenance and verification.
- Calculate and ensure accurate payment of wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions of relevant statutory items (SOCSO / EPF / PCB, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates or benefits.
- Responsible for performance evaluations, promotions, bonuses, and company-wide payroll reporting.
- Formulation and revision of attendance and payroll policies and procedures.
- Establishment and maintenance of the attendance and payroll system.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Psychology or related disciplines.
- **Willing to undergo training at Taiwan for 1 year (estimated).**:
- Experience in local Malaysian payroll exercise.
- Fresh graduates with sensitivity towards numerical data are most welcome to apply.
