**About the job**
In this job you will be
- Acts as a Learning & Development expert and provides advise, consults and supports on all global L&D policies and programs, learning needs and development interventions to HR (TLC) teams in all manufacturing sites (e.g. Development and Career Plans, upskilling of individuals or teams, Crystal Clear Conversations, Low Performance Management/ Performance Improvement )
- Act as point of contact for local HR in manufacturing sites to align and consult on local L&D solutions (in alignment with Corp. HR as and if required)
- Act as contact point for the Operations Academy within Global L&D team, drive alignment and collaboration.
- Supports CHR with monitoring and researching L&D trends and contributes to the L&D strategy as well as to the design and development of L&D instruments/ programs.
- Updates L&D policies and other L&D enablement materials as and when required. Coordinate and ensure translations are performed, checked and approved in the different reference languages (in alignment with HR Comms experts).
- Adopts global programs to needs of manufacturing sites (if applicable, in alignment with Corp. HR) and supports the development of training and learning interventions on various (HR) topics (e.g. talent acquisition, upskilling, development, talent management and performance development) in close collaboration with the relevant experts in Global and Corp. HR and delivers/facilitates training and learning interventions. Act as key contact for dedicated trainings where external vendors are involved.
- Supports with the development of new e-learnings (research and preparation, preparation of storyboards) and conducts basic consultations with internal customers on their e-learning needs
- (Virtually) facilitate and deliver trainings and workshops related to various HR programs, e.g. HR Masterclasses, leadership trainings, talent workshops, change management initiatives with a focus on the office employee population on manufacturing sites.
- Consult HR and managers on psychometrics/360 tools and deliver feedback to HR, managers and employees, facilitate team psychometric workshops, as applicable.
- Coordinates the implementation of L&D instruments, rollout of frameworks, process improvements, new tools and learning interventions to enable HR and managers.
- Consult with external partners on workshop provision, learning goals and workshop outcomes.
- If required, support Global Talent Management Consultant with consulting and guiding HR Operations team on the preparation and execution of annual PD and Talent processes.
- Closely collaborates with local HR teams in manufacturing sites to understand requirements and specifics of manufacturing sites, gathers feedback on PD, Talent and L&D initiatives, local, manufacturing specific needs and provide input from exchange with local HR to CHR.
- Participate in and contributes to other HR projects

**About you**
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- University degree and minimum 2-5 years of experience in L&D, Talent and Performance development in an international setting
- Ability to understand and analyze business needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Experience in the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record in identifying, selecting, and negotiating with external training providers
- Experience with instructional design and e-learning development
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 authoring suite
- Comprehensive understanding of psychometric
- Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills
- Full proficiency in MS Office
- General understanding of global scale LMS
- Excellent command of English and very good knowledge of the Mandarin language
