**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduate, Student Job
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**What You'll Do**:
- **Lead the Kitchen**: Ensure all dishes meet our **high safety and quality standards** (ISO 22000 & HACCP).
- **Deliver Culinary Excellence**: Prepare and serve food that is not just delicious but also **safe and consistent**.
- **Plan & Innovate**: Design menus, incorporating **seasonal ingredients, cost control, and customer preferences**.
- **Train & Develop Staff**: Foster a **skilled and motivated** kitchen team, ensuring all chefs follow strict food handling procedures.
- **Monitor Stock & Orders**: Oversee ingredient procurement and **optimize inventory management** to prevent wastage.
- **Ensure Food Safety & Compliance**: Maintain strict adherence to **ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards**.
- **Stay Ahead of Trends**: Innovate with new recipes and keep up with **modern culinary techniques**.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Receive feedback, adapt, and **continuously improve menu offerings**.
**What We Expect From You**:
- **Culinary Excellence**: Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- **Experience Matters**: Minimum **1 year of experience** in a professional kitchen (preferred).
