**Kitchen Commis**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Commis. The Kitchen Commis will work closely with our chefs and other kitchen staff to assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and eager to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Handle and store food items properly, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the chefs and senior kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

- Basic understanding of kitchen procedures and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
