**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for hosting live streams on all social media platforms, including TikTok and Shopee.
- Implement live streaming strategies to attract, engage, and excite viewers, driving product awareness and boosting sales.
- Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, attract and maintain the audience's attention, drive traffic and engagement, provide professional advice, answer enquiries and build a strong and loyal online community.
- Introduce product selling points, display of product, reviews and customer experience in an attractive and creative manner during livestream sessions.
- Provide accurate product information, including materials, designs, prices, and benefits, to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases.
- Track and report live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Review the data (insights and analytics) after the live streams, and continuously elevate the live stream effect, and develop creative ways to enhance and improve livestreams flow.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges and features to incorporate into content creation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products/services and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.

**Required Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in hosting live steams, preferably in e-commerce or digital content creation space.
- Understand e-commerce practices and digital marketing trends to effectively promote product during stream.
- Proficiency in using various streaming platforms like TikTok Live, Shopee Live, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and innovative content that resonates with digital audiences.
- Ability to engage effectively with viewers, respond to comments, and build a community around live stream.

**Working Condition**:

- This position will be based at our HQ office in Section 33, Shah Alam.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
