Junior Account Clerk

1. Monitor and control in-flow and out-flow funds; verify all supporting documents before online and cheque payment approval.
2. Monitor bank balance, cash flow position to ensure sufficient funds to meet payment deadlines.
3. Accountable to handle full set accounts, month end closing and monthly management report.
4. Ensure timely and accurate completion of companies' accounts with compliance to governing standards and regulations.
5. Prepare monthly management reports and posses the ability to analyze financial data.
6. Ensure completeness of documents in accordance with internal guidelines and policy for audit purposes.
7. Responsible to prepare payment voucher, debit note. credit note and journal
8. Monitor and maintain adequate cash flow and ensure cash book is updated.
9. Liaise with company secretary, auditor, tax agent, bankers, suppliers authorities on all finance related matters.
10. Maintain good rapport with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary, suppliers and etc.
11. Prepare report as required by Management
12. To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by immediate superior.
13. Familiar with MYOB system.
14. Possess in Diploma in Accounting
15. At least 2- 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
16. Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
17. Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines
18. Good command of written & spoken English, Malay
19. Able to work independently
20. Have own transportation
21. Working Days: Mon
- Fri ( Sat work when required) 8:30am - 5:30pm
22: Salary start from RM1500 - RM1900 depend on the working experience and knowledge
23. Able to start immediately
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
