Position : Beauty Advisor (Skincare Products)

Salary : RM1700.00 - RM1900.00 per month
Allowance : RM 150.00/month
Incentive : Up to RM1,200.00/month

Job description:

- Greet and engage customers warmly, building rapport to understand their skincare needs.
- Provide expert advice on products, benefits, and proper usage techniques.
- Actively promote skincare and beauty products to drive sales.
- Maintain a professional image and represent the brand’s values.
- Educate customers about the brand's philosophy and skincare range.
- Record daily sales and prepare reports for the manager.
- Track customer feedback to improve services.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally.
- Continuously improve skincare and sales techniques.
