Technical Lead

Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead to design the structure of our IT systems and manage the planning, execution and implementation of software solutions. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We would also like you to have hands-on experience with software development and be able to manage complex software solutions. Your goal will be to ensure our internal IT Solution Architecture is developed and operated as planned.

Duties and responsibilities
Understand company needs to define system specifications
Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
Communicate system requirements to software development teams
Guide team development towards successful delivery
Evaluate and propose technical solutions to solve business problems
Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and processes
Create and maintain technical architecture documentation.
Create PoC on emerging technologies / solutions
Plan & evaluate team members competencies, skills, and propose training plan

Skill sets
5+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies (.NET MVC)
Programming experience with different design patterns and best practices
Experience in DevOps (CI/CD) - Experience in agile framework and dev cycle
Experience in managing incidents - Experience in software testing and tools
Experience in Azure cloud services (e.g. app service, containers, storage, etc.)
Experience in open source and mobile app technologies (e.g. Angular, Node.js, Xamarin, etc.)
Experience in Git Repository and branching strategies
Experience in SOA / Micro-services architecture
Team leadership and effective communication (English)
Positive attitude towards adopting new technologies and solution

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Developer Lead
Minimum requirement of 5+ years as a software developer (.NET/.NET Core)
Hands-on experience with software development and team management
In-depth knowledge of the following programming language / framework / libraries: - o C# (Expert) o HTML5/CSS3 (Expert) o Powershell (Proficient) o Git (Expert) o Angular 2-10 (Proficient) o Android (advantage) o Xamarin (advantage) o React.js (advantage) o Node.js (advantage)
Understanding of strategic IT solutions
Experience in project/team management
Familiar with Service-oriented architecture (SOA), Micro-services Architecture
Experience in token / claim-based authentication model
Experience in Cloud Services (Azure)
Knowledge of selected coding languages and framework (e.g..NET, ES5/6, Angular, firebase, etc.)
Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux) and databases (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL, noSQL)
Basic knowledge in Networking (e.g. DNS, Routing, SSL/TLS, etc)
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Team leadership skills
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
