Intern - Ecommerce

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our online retail operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital sales platforms, product listing optimization, and e-commerce performance tracking. Ideal for students who eager to explore the dynamic world of online retail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior using platform analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Assist in creating and optimizing product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
- Conduct regular checks on stock for expiry dates, based on a set schedule.
- Optimize product descriptions and performance for all e-commerce platform products.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify is a plus.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheras (Kuala Lumpur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
