**KPR Food Caterers** was founded in 2002 by a man with a dream and passion for food, supported by his loving wife. Their dedication, combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality and excellent customer service, has been the foundation of the company’s continued success.
Since its incorporation, KPR has grown into a well-recognised halal food catering company in Malaysia, serving a wide variety of dishes featuring both Malaysian and Western favourites. Over the years, the company has also expanded into the **restaurant and event hall business**, further strengthening its presence in the F&B industry.
As part of its catering services, KPR provides complete solutions for **corporate functions, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, private events, and more**. The company also caters through **canopy setups and food trucks**, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all types of occasions.
For its restaurant operations, all dishes are prepared at the **centralised kitchen located at the headquarters**, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across outlets. In line with industry advancements, KPR has also progressed into using a **combi kitchen**, enhancing food preparation standards while maintaining authentic flavours.

**JOB FUNCTION**:
- Provide support in new business development by expanding customer base and revenue streams.
- Achieve consistent revenue growth across the business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain the company’s reputation by delivering professional, respectful, and solution-driven communication with customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve brand presence and customer accessibility.
- Contribute to team performance and support the growth of junior staff.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Sales Specialists**
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in catering service through networking, referrals, social media, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline beyond company-provided leads for acquiring new customers and expanding market reach.
- Uncover untapped sales opportunities within the food catering industry.
- Set revenue objectives on a monthly basis for catering services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Consistently exceed sales target and KPIs for catering services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure services are visible, approachable, and easy for customers to access.
- Carry out a quick sales analysis to evaluate where the catering business is heading.
- Provide feedback to management on pricing, promotions, and customer expectations for catering services.
- Ensure repeat business through exceptional service and follow-up for catering services.
- Mentor junior sales staff informally, setting an example of best practices for driving catering.
- Ad-hoc duties and tasks requested by Superior from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2-5 years related working experience in food & beverage industry.
- Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with an intense sense of ownership.
- Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced unstructured environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and various levels.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives.
- Effective communication skills, fluent in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Previous experience managing multiple F&B outlets is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferably able to start work within short notice.
