- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & basic accounting systems (Auto Count POS system)
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to meet deadlines.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the **F&B industry**.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required skills: Account Reconciliation, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Account Management, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Invoicing

**Responsibility**
- Handle filing, data entry, and maintain financial records.
- Process daily sales reports from outlets & POS system.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts (AP & AR).
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and bank reconciliations.
- Check and record daily cash/credit card transactions.
- Liaise with suppliers/customers on payment matters.
- Provide general accounting and administrative support.
