Job Description:

- Ensure tidiness and safety of the assigned area.
- Assist with housekeeping & landscaping-related duties.
- Assist tradesman on-site.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g. arranging tables, hanging signages).
- Perform hands-on minor repair work under the supervision of supervisors.
- Use power tools and machinery (e.g. hammer drill) when needed.
- Report issues or hazards to the immediate supervisor.
- Work closely with operational / safety personnel on daily activities.
- Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
- Support any after-hours building needs and activities as and when required.
- Attend training sessions and seminars when arranged by immediate supervisor.
- Other duties and assignments as instructed by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum SPM or Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- Basic skill of electrical & mechanical equipment maintenance LV, HVAC, CDA, Plumbing & Fire Suppression System.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
