**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Retail Sales Consultant. The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, retail sales, customer experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Retails Sales Consultant need to be knowledgeable about products and create a rapport with clients quickly to build lasting relationships. Retail Sales Consultant duties and responsibilities include:

- Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients
- Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Monitoring competitors’ sales activities
- Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets
- Cold calling potential clients
- Coordinating sales efforts with other departments
- Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities

**Qualifications**

Sales Consulting and Retail Sales skills

Customer Experience and Customer Service skills

Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in the retail industry is a plus

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Experience in sales or customer service roles

**Remuneration**

RM2,200-5,000
