Finance and Admin Officer

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for managing daily accounting operations to ensure smooth business operations.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Account Receivable: issue invoices, credit notes, debit noted, and official receipts promptly.
- Account payable: make payment for invoice and bills receives on timely basis.
- Raise payment voucher for each transaction to be recorded into accounting system.
- Perform any other assignments given by the immediate superior.
- Able to handle full set of accounts, including preparation and submission of ad-hoc and principle reporting to overseas principals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
- Preferably SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA holder.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office
- Excellent communications skills, conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Dependable and hardworking.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
