Develop and manage the company’s social media platform & execute content related to the company and products following the latest trend
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Manage & optimize content for Facebook, Instagram, and TiktokWriting, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company social media
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts with good copywriting skills - Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
- Communicating with other creatives or marketing in brainstorming and developing new ideas and content
- Collaborate with other departments (brand, customer support etc) to manage reputation, identify key audience and coordinate actions.
- Responsible for product branding and all forms of graphic designs, video creativity and online marketing postings
- Assist Manager in developing business, marketing and promotional plans for services and events.Assist the Operation Manager in preparing sales materials, marketing information
- Research, identify, and implement strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement on our social media channels.
- Strategize and plan for video shootings with videographer skills and work collaboratively cross-department / team to acquire talents and products/props needed for the shooting
- Participate in every meeting to deliver the ideas and compile ideas
- Contributing ideas to marketing promotion
- Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies

Requirements:
- Comfortable with producing short-form content for IG (stories, reels) and TikTok.
- Have a personal deep interest in lifestyle news and trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsIn-depth understanding of social media platforms, their respective algorithm changes, and best practices for content creation.
- A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
- Actively thinking about creative angles and topics for content production. Know how to shoot video
- Active for content posting
- Possessed own transport & Willing to travel (this position sometime need travel)
- Do the artwork and workflow in photo or video shooting and ensure fullfill the requirement.
- Involve Online and Offline marketing
- Promote companies products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials and other platform

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
