**Job Description** Process Improvement & Standardisation**
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies within processes and propose solutions to eliminate waste.
- Support the design, documentation, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with teams across various functions to ensure that process improvements align with business objectives.
- Support the tracking of key metrics to assess the impact of improvement initiatives.

**Continuous Improvement Support**
- Contribute to the development of Balanced Scorecard metrics to evaluate performance.
- Help manage performance data and use insights to identify areas for further improvement.

**Stakeholder Support**
- Engage with stakeholders to provide updates on the status of improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the smooth integration of process changes by supporting stakeholders in adopting new processes and tools.

**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of experience in process improvement or operations, focusing on Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for driving efficiency.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in developing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity.
- Proven ability to analyse large datasets using data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or similar.
- Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to report on key performance metrics and identify trends.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive insights and inform decision-making processes**.
