To act as Building Manager in supervising the day to day operation of the Strata Title Property in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Management;
- To attend to residents’ complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
- To assist the Operation Manager in the maintenance and management of the terrace houses.
- To assist Operation Manager in preparation of AGM and EGM.
- To supervised Admin and Technician staff at site
- Responsible for Management Office operation matters.
- Issue Notice, Reminder, Agenda and prepare Minutes of Meetings.

**Requirements:

- **
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Property Management;
- Good knowledge and familiar with Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations;
- 2-3 years working experience in Property Management for residential;
- Good communication skills and able to handle Committee Members;
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
