'¢ Handle travel arrangements for customers and ensure smooth operations '¢ Manage corporate account, ticket issuance and bookings as well as enquires on fares '¢ Ensure ticket issuance is based on the Airline Companies terms and conditions and in line with the travel agency requirements '¢ Give advisory services on matters relating to travel visas '¢ Update the airline companies fares including the validity period, flight schedule, cancellation of bookings etc '¢ Knowledge of reservation system (AMADUES/ABACUS) is preferred '¢ Good computer skills '¢ Proficiency in spoken & written English '¢ Pleasant personality, dynamic and a positive attitude '¢ A team player with a friendly and an outgoing personality. '¢ Possess cooperative qualities with good interpersonal skill and working attitude '¢ Can start work immediately. '¢ Able to work under pressure.
