Studio Associate

Front line store personnel who deliver various customer-focused services to drive sales and maximize profits for a retail establishment.
- Fulfilling a range of customer service to ensure clients have an enjoyable and maximum satisfactory retail experience.
- Professionally and promptly attend to customers via online chat and social media as well as offline.
- Offer advice on product that’ll best meet their requirements.
- Employs cross selling and up selling techniques and involves in overseeing the processing of debit/credit card transaction as well as collection of cash payments for service and product purchase.
- Setup new customer account and keep records of the database.
- Manage customer appointments.
- Assist photographer and customer during photography session.
- Follow up production process after customer received photography services.
- Handle refunds or exchange for product returns.
- Inventory management (such as reporting and ordering of stocks, receiving orders and restocking).
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness, upkeep and maintenance of a store.
- Handling complaints and resolve customer enquiries.
- Balance cash registers at the end of a shift and ensure sufficient change for the next shift.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM level with backgorund in customer service and store/outlet/retail management
- Able to work 6 days per week.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as retail assistant, receptionist, or customer service.
- Good communicator and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Hardworking, able to multi-task, resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency.
- Will be working closely with children.
- Passionate, patience, kind and responsible with young children.
- Matured personality.
- Working Location: Bukit Jalil.
- Able to work in shift.
- Able to work weekends and public holiday (Monday off).
