Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Pandamaran, Port Klang

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Invoicing
- Manage the issuance, processing, and tracking of e-invoices.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers and clients.

2. Company Secretary (SSM)
- Liaise with the company secretary to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
- Handle statutory filings and maintain corporate documents.

3. Taxes and Compliance
- Prepare and file taxes (including SST and LHDN submissions) accurately and within deadlines.
- Stay updated on Malaysian tax laws and ensure compliance.
- Manage audits and liaise with tax authorities when necessary.

4. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts.

Other Finance-Related Tasks:

- handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Assist in budgeting and cost management.

Qualifications:
Relevant experience, preferably in a Malaysian business environment.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, including SST and LHDN requirements.

Familiarity with SSM compliance and e-invoicing systems.

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or equivalent).
