**1. Guest Service & Operations**
- Supervise daily restaurant and banquet operations.
- Make sure the service runs smoothly and on time.
- Greet and assist guests, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations.
- Help set up and clean up for events, following company standards.
- Support the planning and management of day-to-day operations of restaurants and banquet events.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

**2. Staff Supervision**
- Lead, train, and support service staff.
- Arrange staff duty roster, including shift changes, replacements, and ensure proper coverage during busy periods
- Monitor staff performance and help improve service quality.

**3. Cleanliness & Safety**
- Keep all service and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Make sure all hygiene and safety rules are followed.

**4. Inventory & Cost Control**
- Work closely with the Purchasing Executive on inventory checks and supply ordering.
- Coordinate with the Halal Admin Executive to ensure halal compliance and proper handling of supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste and support cost-saving efforts.
- Perform cashier duties and assist with beverage service when required.

**5. Other Duties**
- Support in budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets
- Report daily sales to management accurately and on time.
- Take on other tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Energetic, service-oriented, and actively involved in daily operations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
