**Job Descriptions**
- The primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally.
- To ensure data and records are kept and filed up to date.
- Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- Other additional functions, tasks, and duties which your superior may notify you from time to time, either verbally or in writing.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- **At least 1 year(s) of working experience** in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality
- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft office.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
**Working Hours**:
Monday
- Friday : 9.00AM - 06.00PM
