Position Title **QA/QC Assistant Manager**

**About the Job**

Our client in the Manufacturing (Personal Care) industry is finding QA Manager to join their team

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring any new incoming material whether is new or present products to ensure that inspection has been done before proceed for production. Any nonconformance to be highlight to respected parties.
- Online process inspection has to be done in terms of the product information's such as types, specification, and also standards complied. Any nonconformance to be highlight to respected parties.
- Ensuring all finished product released to customer complied to internal standard or customer requirement.
- Prepare and maintain all documentation and relevant practice maintain during daily operation. Ensure all documentation is available during audit process. (Example
- SMETA Audit, FCCA Audit, CTPAT Anti-Terrorism Audit, GMP Audit, Halal (HAS) Audit,

HACCP Audit, ISO 9001, Poison Act, Customer Audit)
- To ensure the quality of production process of goods or products are met the quality standards as per standard and customer requirements.
- When there is a quality issues and nonconformance arise, immediate action shall be taken such as NCR to be issued and to further identify the root cause and corrective action.
- Work closely R&D team to clearly define the product specifications are approve by customer while meeting the production process. Trial batch and packaging material testing according to production process compatibility for new product development.
- To react and answering pertaining to customer complaints on the quality of products goods and finding solutions to meet their needs and expectations.
- To highlight to supplier if the products spec received is not up the the required standard and to find a solution to settle it
- Ensure safety practice is followed at all times at workplace (factory and warehouse)
- Ensure safety signs or even precautions have been done accordingly. Also to do up a report on any accidental case happened whether in factory or in office
- Monitoring company's surrounding environment to do up a pest control process when required from time to time to ensure company hygiene is there at all times
- Conduct a product training whether is new or current and also other trainings on production related and also quality related matters to all employees.
- GMP training, Halal procedure, regulatory compliance, product equipment calibration and also product development testing to all productions and operation related employees so that they are aware of the requirements towards the company mission and vision
- Ensure and monitor the company schedule waste products to be kept updated and recorded daily for future reference
- Monitoring WWTP practice to ensure it is on track and rectify when there are issues encountered.

**Requirements Needed**
- Required language English, Bahasa Malaysia, (Read & Write)
- Preferably those experienced related with Quality Management, Quality Control, Quality

Assurance or R&D.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ijok: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QAQC: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

License/Certification:

- Halal certification (required)
