**Line Control Technician (Production Control/Planner
- Contract)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other continuous improvement methodologies across production lines.
- Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement and implementation strategies to increase efficiency, reduce cycle time and eliminate waste.
- Collect and analyze production performance date, identify trends and procide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain standard work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes.
- Collaborate closely with operations team to implement changes and improve overall plant performance.
- Peform data analysis, define issues, and manage problem solving proceses to ensure smooth flow in Manufacturing.

**Your Profile**:

- Diploma in Manufacturing/Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferable
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools (5S, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping)
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis tools such as Excelm Minitab or similar software
- Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills
- Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities tasks effectively.
