**About Us**

**Job Description & Job Details**
Working Days/Hours: Monday - Saturday (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

**Salary**: RM1,800 - RM2,000 + Commission
Location: No. 40, Jalan Dedaru, Taman Nira, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor

1) Promote and sell air-conditioning services and window tinting packages to customers
2) Engage with potential clients both online and offline to generate leads and close sales
3) Recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs and preferences
4) Handle sales inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels
5) Attend to walk-in customers and assist them with service selection and purchase
6) Follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain relationships and secure repeat business
7) Provide excellent customer service and address basic complaints when needed
8) Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues
9) Maintain accurate sales records and reports
10) Work actively toward achieving personal and team sales targets

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
1) Experience in sales, preferably in automotive, air-conditioning, or service-related industries
2) Comfortable with digital platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and TikTok
3) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4) Friendly, persuasive, and confident when dealing with customers
5) Results-driven and motivated by commission-based income
6) Able to work on-site in Batu Pahat and attend to walk-in customers
7) Team player with a proactive attitude
