**KEY RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Prepare the annual Business Development and Work Plans.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies; expand customer base.
- Coordinate marketing activities (local and international exhibitions, presentations, PR).
- Generate customer interest in training programs and recommend suitable options.
- Gather customer feedback for product and service improvements.
- Build customer relationships for long-term success.
- Regularly present reports and proposals to the Director.
- Guide the department to align with company strategies.
- Develop business models, identify target organizations, and establish communications.
- Strengthen relationships to grow client accounts.
- Build a referral network and enhance corporate branding.
- Manage marketing tools and business models for clients.
- Forecast market potential in the Asia Pacific region for analysis.
- Monitor and implement marketing programs.
- Coordinate with government and bodies like HRDF for grants related to training.
- Participate in and coordinate Special Task projects.
- Attend meetings for Special Task projects with MKRS and related bodies.
- Perform administrative tasks as requested by management.
