Serve as the first point of contact for customers reporting network issues or service interruptions.
- Provide timely updates and communicate with customers regarding issue resolution progress.
- Work closely with NOC Engineers and technical teams to escalate and resolve incidents.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years in a tech support or call center environment is beneficial
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply
- Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
