1) Collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand the brand voice, messaging, and target audience.

2) Researching and identifying what content will resonate with the audience.

4) Ensuring that the content is original, engaging, and free of grammatical errors.

5) Working with SEO specialists to ensure that content is optimized for search engines.

6) Including relevant keywords and using SEO-friendly headings, meta descriptions, and URL structures.

7) Assisting in developing and executing a content calendar and strategy that aligns with marketing goals.

8) Suggesting new content ideas or formats that could enhance the brand's online presence.

9) Collaborating with designers, video producers, social media managers, etc., to ensure cohesive storytelling across various content mediums.

10) Providing textual content for visual or multimedia projects.

11) Revising content based on feedback from team members, stakeholders, or analytics.

12) Ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and guidelines.

14) Writing engaging headlines or snippets for social posts or ad campaigns.

15) Tracking performance metrics for content pieces, such as page views, engagement, conversion rates, etc.

16) Providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.

17) Ensuring that all written content complies with legal requirements, copyright laws, and industry standards.

18) Maintaining consistency in quality and style across all written materials.

19) Continuously learning about the latest trends, tools, and platforms related to content writing and digital marketing.

21) Assisting in crafting timely and appropriate responses during a brand crisis or negative publicity.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
