**JOB SUMMARY**:
To provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the faculty's academic and administrative activities, including course coordination, student records, meeting support, and general office management.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Undertake administrative tasks within the department.
- Assist in keeping and maintaining all records related to the School including developing a filing system.
- Assist in the implementation of ISO documentation and also ensuring quality compliance.
- Assist in preparation of reports and take detailed meeting minutes.
- Responsible for activities involving organizing and scheduling appointments as well as academic calendars and timetables.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing School’s events related to registration, enrollment and orientation programme for new students.
- Assist in planning and organizing study/field trip for the School.
- Support and participate in activities organised by the university related to promotion of the programme to the public.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and science lab when the lab assistant in the absence of the lab assistant.
- Perform such other related duties as may be required from time to time or duties assigned by the Registrar Department.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Strong interpersonal and influencing behavior
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Resilient and able to adapt in a fast moving environment
- Flexible and Adaptable
- Willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
