Digital Marketing Manager

We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead with both creativity and strategy. This role is more than just running ads — you’ll own the full digital growth journey: from attracting attention to converting leads and retaining customers.
You’ll play a key role in shaping campaign performance, content creation, CRM automation, and strategic decision-making across multiple digital platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning data into results — we want to meet you.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Campaign Strategy & Growth Execution**
- Plan and lead integrated digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, XHS and CRM platforms.
- Align marketing efforts with business goals to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance.
**Content Strategy & Performance Creation**
- Develop scroll-stopping content and visual creatives for Reels, TikTok, and other social ads.
- Monitor performance metrics and enhance content effectiveness.
**CRM & Conversion Optimization**
- Design automated customer journeys using EDM, WhatsApp, and retargeting flows.
- Build stronger customer relationships and improve conversion and retention rates.
**AI Tools & Automation Integration**
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic, Meta Advantage+) to enhance marketing efficiency, creative ideation, content generation, and campaign automation.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and suggest how the team can adopt them for better productivity, personalization, or decision-making.
**Data-Driven Optimization**
- Use tools like Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics and etc to guide decisions.
- Turn insights into actionable improvements for better campaign outcomes.
**Team & Vendor Collaboration**
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of all campaign assets.
**Budget & Channel Management**
- Propose, allocate, and manage digital marketing budgets across platforms.
- Adjust strategies based on performance and seasonal trends.
**Brand Consistency Across Channels**
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with the brand’s identity and values.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including campaign management and content strategy.
- Proficient with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, EDM platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and ROI-oriented thinking.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
- Familiar with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms, and actively explores new ways to improve workflow through automation and machine learning.
