**Overview**:
We’re looking for a **Retail Sales Executive** who’s eager to learn, driven by results, and excited to engage customers in the world of 3D printing — from printers and filaments to creative, printed products.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1️ ) Sales & Promotion**
- Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points clearly to match customer needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products to enrich the shopping experience.
- Promote 3D printed products alongside printers and filaments.
- Assist in closing sales and converting walk-in traffic into purchases.

**2️) Customer Service**
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide post-sale support.
- Educate customers on 3D printer capabilities, materials, and best practices.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.

**3️) Store Operations**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that meets brand standards.
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Assist with receiving shipments, stock counts, and inventory accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor the sales floor for security awareness and submit customer feedback to the Store Manager.

**Day-to-Day Essentials**
- Ensure the store and displays are clean and ready before opening.
- Turn on LCD panels, demo screens, and 3D printers — ensuring all are operational.
- Replenish shelves and confirm stock accuracy between system and physical counts.
- Demonstrate approved printed samples and manage 3D printing displays.
- Observe customer behavior and offer assistance proactively.
- Capture feedback to help the team improve the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Experience or familiarity with **3D printing technology** (especially Bambu Lab products) is an advantage.
- Passion for emerging tech, learning new tools, and problem-solving.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
