**Job Summary**

The Operation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of locomotive and wagon leasing, including maintenance, within a 12-hour shift rotation. This role ensures efficient and safe operation, compliance with regulations, and timely responses to operational needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily leasing operations for locomotives and wagons.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Manage shift rotations and staffing to maintain 24/7 operational coverage.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond to operational issues and emergencies promptly, implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in operations coordination, preferably in the maintenance based industry.
- Knowledge of locomotive and wagon maintenance and leasing processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 12-hour shift rotation including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using operational and fleet management software and tools

**Working Conditions**
- Work environment may include both office and field settings.
- Exposure to various weather conditions and operational hazards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
