IT Sales and Tender Executive

**Job Summary**:
The IT Sales & Tender Executive is responsible for managing the entire tendering process for government and corporate clients, ensuring compliance with requirements, and driving IT solution sales. This role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and engaging with clients to secure contracts.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in tender management, IT sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes (e.g., ePerolehan).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender submission platforms.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience handling tenders for IT solutions, hardware, or software projects.
- Familiarity with Malaysian government procurement regulations (e.g., MOF license requirements).
- Strong network within the government and GLC sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Tender Management:
- Identify and evaluate government and corporate tender opportunities.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and quotations in compliance with government procurement processes (e.g., ePerolehan, MyProcurement).
- Liaise with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) to gather required information for tender submissions.
- Track and manage tender deadlines, ensuring timely submission.
- Review contract terms and conditions, highlighting risks and compliance issues.
2. Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, GLCs, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with sales teams to align tenders with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential IT sales opportunities.
- Assist in negotiations and contract finalization.
3. Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all tender-related documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Maintain records of past tenders, pricing strategies, and contract performance for future reference.
- Stay updated on government procurement policies and regulatory changes.
4. Coordination & Reporting:
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for quotations and project feasibility.
- Prepare reports on tender performance, win/loss analysis, and sales pipeline.
- Provide regular updates to management on tender activities and business development progress.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
