Translator for Customer Support

**Project**: Healthcare project

**Basic salary**: RM 4,000 - RM 5,000 (Can nego up to RM 7,000 if have experience in Translation/CS)

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**Working Hours**: Rotational shifts (MY time: 10PM - 7AM / 6AM - 3PM / 3PM- 12AM)

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum education SPM or equivalent
- Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing in Mandarin & English.
- Able to operate common office equipment including, but not limited to computer, fax, copier, and telephone system.
- Skilled in adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships.
- Age group: 18-45 years old.
- Open to Malaysians and expats.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer meaning-for-meaning interpretation via telephone calls, and printed documents between doctor and patient.
- Comply with training, regulations, and procedures regarding interpreter protocol.
- Abide by all rules and guidelines on the privacy of information and the ethics of interpreters.
- Attend all required training.
- Constantly expand vocabulary and specific topic knowledge to meet the needs of different clientele.
- Respect confidentiality in accordance with rules.

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
