**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our market expansion in Malacca and Southern Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Business Development Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for RMA’s services in the Forge strategic partnerships with local companies, SMEs, and MNCs across key industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and services.

Client Relationship Management Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Generate new leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, trade events, and networking platforms.

Market Intelligence Monitor local industry trends, competitor activity, and client demands to shape and refine our value propositions.

Provide insights and feedback on how RMA’s services can be adapted to better serve the Malaysian market.

Sales Execution Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting to pitching, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing.

Work closely with HQ and Indonesia teams to align on pricing, service delivery, and contract structuring.

Reporting and Pipeline Management Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide weekly reporting on leads, conversions, and client feedback.

Assist in setting and achieving monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.

Marketing Collaboration Support local marketing efforts including trade events, digital campaigns, and localised content.

Represent RMA at expos and networking events as a brand ambassador. Required Skills and

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
Minimum 5 years in B2B sales or business development in outsourcing, digital services, or enterprise solutions.

Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Malacca/Southern Malaysia market with an existing business network being an advantage.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus. Independence: Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-border teams.

Tools: Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
