- Manage and develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer the psychological test, etc.)
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Access the needs of current employees & conduct employee satisfaction surveys
- Determine HR and recruiting KPIs. Create and present KPI reports
- Identifying the organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy, including Employer Brand efforts - to improve recruitment and business performance
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- ** Requirement**:

- Education Background:

- Master/Degree in relevant field such as human resource management, business administration, business management.
- Experience:

- Over 5 years of working experience as a talent acquisition manager or similar experience in an HR role
- Experience in IT industry is an advantage
- ** Other Language**: Mandarin, English
- ** Benefit**:

- Total Salary = RM 8,000 ~ RM 10,000
- Outpatient medical treatment up to RM2,000 per annum
