**Job Overview**:
The Admin and Finance Assistant provides essential support within the Finance Department by handling both administrative tasks and financial responsibilities. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and assisting with various office functions to support the overall productivity of the team.

**1. Administrative Support**:

- **Data Entry**:Accurately enter and update data related to insurance, motor vehicle records and other related tasks within the finance team to the relevant systems or databases.
- **Document Management**: Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible.
- **Office Management and Support Staff**: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department and provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.

2. **Finance Support**:

- **Bookkeeping**: Help maintain accurate financial records, including transaction entries and reconciliations.
- **Expense Tracking**: Monitor and record departmental expenses; assist with the preparation of expense reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with record-keeping software or databases.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
