**Manager, Land & Asset Job Duties**

A Manager, Land & Asset typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- To manage, update and identify all the Group 's Company's Land and Asset listings
- To recommend or propose any execution plans on the vacant Land and Asset that belongs to the Company and make presentation to the Management
- Identify new business opportunities that can be done towards the Company's Land and Asset to boost company profitability
- To keep, record and file all documents, licensing, correspondence related to the Land and Asset
- Ability to conduct market research, benchmark, feasibility studies, and any assessment related to the Land and Asset.
- Coordinating with lawyers, appraisers, contractors, and other specialists to complete any land and asset deals or issues.
- Negotiating with banks to acquire loans for land
- Developing budgets and financial forecasts for any Land or Asset that is potentially to be developed.
- Reviewing legal documents related to the Land and Asset,
- Coordinating with government or any related agencies to obtain permits/approval or any other relevant relating to the Land or Asset
- Can travel to visit Company's Land and Asset,
- Can work under minimum supervision,
- To initiate any other tasks from Management

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
