**We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.**

**You will play an important role in:

- **

1. Review customer requirements and commit delivery schedules to meet to customer request

2. Analyze demand and control inventory to optimize stock level of FG, WIP and RM

3. Follow up closely on the daily inventory level at each station; coordinate with production to ensure sufficient part flow to finished goods to meet shipments.

4. Update demand changes and communicate revise production planning to production based on sales feedback.

5. Demand waterfall chart analysis, as at when requiring.

6. RMA/non-nettable location inventory monitor and follow up rework progress

7. Follow up Job Order completion

8. Periodic review with Sales & related department on the FG & RM aging items for disposition.

9. Support engineering evaluation, SBR, SAT, NPI build, inter-site material supply, value added parts

10. To tabulate required raw materials purchase based on sales forecast, determine new material requirement and release purchase requisition

11. Highlight and expedite urgent raw materials delivery with purchaser.

12. To salvage any potential use of obsolete materials, slow moving materials and loose materials.

13. Work with Purchaser and QA department to resolve all non-nettable items

14. To update monthly material forecast to purchasing team

15. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by superior.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

1. Preferably Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent,

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in production and material planning

3. Knowledge of inventory control and able to prepare monthly reports.

4. Strong interpersonal skill and able to work with wide range of people.

5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred

6. Knowledge in ERP/MRP Planning

7. Forecast and demand analysis

8. Inventory Management

9. Understand Planning and Product Process Flow

10.Familiarize on Syteline system

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
