Job Title: Sales Advisor (Life Insurance)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor specializing in Life Insurance, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies to potential clients. Your main goal will be to help clients understand the importance of life insurance and assist them in selecting the right coverage to meet their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and objectives.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of life insurance policies.
- Present and explain different life insurance options to clients, taking into consideration their budget and requirements.
- Customize insurance plans to meet individual client needs and provide accurate quotes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide ongoing support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in life insurance products.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. If no experience must be willing to learn.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

Education and Certification:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
- Life insurance licensing and certification may be required, depending on local regulations. If don’t have the licence must be willing to attend internal training to get the licence.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
