Responsibilities:

- Assist in administrative tasks in the recruitment & selection process as assigned by the HR Executive or management.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees/interns.
- Work closely together with hiring HR Executive and to assist them in scheduling interviews.
- Prepare formal letters such as confirmation letters, probation extension letters, etc as assigned by the HR Executive or management.
- Assist the HR department in maintaining the company’s and employee’s welfare through proactive suggestions, implementations, development of positive company culture, constant engagement and effective communication.
- Posting job advertisement on job portals.
- Ad-hoc task.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
