About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create interest in company products and services through effective tele-sales pitches.
- Follow up with interested leads and qualify them based on budget, needs, and decision-making capacity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and confidently communicate their benefits.
- Accurately manage sales data in CRM/SAP systems.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through professional follow-up and engagement.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets set by management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide input on market trends or customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in **sales, telemarketing, or customer service**.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are **encouraged to apply**.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in **English (spoken & written)**.
- High enthusiasm with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Able to work **night shifts** and on **US public holidays** (with replacement leave).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM or SAP experience is an advantage.
