Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive yearly social media plan including content creation, photography execution and fostering effective customer communication.
- Conceptualize, design and implement various marketing materials, including printed documents, brand collaterals, posters, website design, business cards and ad hoc materials.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Taking ownership of discussing effective creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining high standards of creative execution for marketing materials enhancement.
- Assist with creative thinking and brainstorming in alignment with our brand and concept.
- Drive growth through events, collaborations and pop-ups.

**; Requirements**:
- Diploma / degree in arts, graphic design, multimedia, advertising or relevant discipline.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent design software.
- Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) as well as web analytics.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset combined with a strong business acumen (comfortable with a data-driven approach and results-oriented).
- Meticulous attention to detail in design work.
- Comprehensive understanding of strategic planning principles and a results-oriented approach.
