Sales Executive

MC-Bauchemie is a medium-sized, internationally operating and continuously growing company with its HQ in Bottrop, Germany. In Malaysia, our headquarters is located in Petaling Jaya, and we have a production facility in Semenyih that produces admixtures, dry mix products, and resins among others.

**Responsibilities**:
- Regularly evaluate and adjust the progress of sales initiatives to ensure alignment with targets.
- Efficiently handle sales inquiries with a goal of converting them into successful transactions.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities using our existing product and service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to support sustained business.
- Support sales team efforts to defend our product specifications or advocate for specification changes with architects, consultant engineers, quantity surveyors, and project owners.
Requirement
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, ideally with a track record in the relevant industry.
- Ability to clearly convey ideas and value propositions, listen actively, and build rapport with clients.
- Talent for establishing trust and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity, with the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Skilled in handling objections and negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
- High level of drive, with the persistence to overcome challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
