**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to sales launch, sales viewing, sales inquiries, sales administrative function and sales package maintenance as and when required.
- Provide pre and post sales services to maintain a good relationship with customer.
- Assist in preparation and checking of sales documentations.
- Input bookings into the system for record purpose and ensure timely update of all correspondence and sales related information.
- Liaise with solicitors, bankers & purchasers, to follow up and ensure all sales documentations are in compliance with procedures and policies.
- Monitor and update sales/agent/customer on the sales documentation progress/status & ensure all payment due are duly collected.
- To prepare weekly and monthly sales report.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Good computing skills in MS Office, preferable with IFCA knowledge.
- Attention to details with high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work during weekend and Public Holidays.
